Issue in EXM when i upload CSV list

Dear Sitecorion,

 

i have installed sitecore 9.0.2 and start working in EXM. when i try to upload CSV file to create Recepenist list then it shows message uploaded succesfully. but i not able to see uploaded contact.

its showing error that "We are very sorry, but there has been a problem, please contact your system administrator."

 

 

Please suggest.

  • This may be happening because by default Xonnect is not index anonymous contacts. You can enable anonymous contacts to be indexed as blow.

    1) Set IndexAnonymousContactData setting in sc.Xdb.Collection.IndexerSettings.xml file to true. File can be found in the following path in the XConnect website.
    App_data\jobs\continuous\IndexWorker\App_data\Config\Sitecore\SearchIndexer

    2) Rebuild the XDB search index in SOLAR by running the “XConnectSearchIndexer -rr” command in command prompt inside “App_Data\jobs\continuous\IndexWorker” path
    in XConnect website.
