list manager Contact list was not saved in sitecore 9.0.1

while saving the contact using listmanager, we got contact saved successful message as "The contact has been added to the list, and will be available after indexing. ", but it was not display in the lsit

  • Check whether you have valid certificates for the XConnect website. Also, you can check the following services are running correctly in Microsoft Management Console for your website instances.
